Tim Hunt is an experienced family lawyer who regularly represents clients in the County Court and in the High Court. He was educated at St Lawrence College, Kent, RMA Sandhurst and Exeter University.

Robin Bannister is now serving Bannister Hunt as a Consultant, having founded the firm in 1979 and worked as Principal and Partner until 2006.

Robin now concentrates on property related work, Trusts, Wills and Probate. His experience of most aspects of Law is considerable. In recent years he has developed a practice in Estate Tax Planning. He undertakes most commercial property transactions and complex leasehold matters.

Robin is married with grown up children. He enjoys being a member of two choirs and is a keen rugby fan. Robin was educated at Kings College School, Wimbledon and New College, Oxford.

Justine is an experienced conveyancer with 20 years full and part time service with Bannister Hunt.

Justine has learned her professional skills from many years of working with Robin Bannister in property transactions. Justine is a good communicator and is committed to providing a high quality of service to her conveyancing clients. She has the Institute of Legal Executives qualification in residential conveyancing.

Justine now shares her professional time at Bannister Hunt in raising her young family with her husband, and some long distance running. She has recently successfully completed the London Marathon but also enjoys flights to exotic locations.
