We are very aware that issues around separation and divorce require sensitive handling, and so our approach is understanding, patient and compassionate in what we recognise is a traumatic time for our family clients.

Our Family Lawyer is Tim Hunt. He is a very experienced practitioner having carried out daily case work for 25 years.

He has been a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) for over 10 years and is also an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

He was formerly a member of the Law Society Children Panel in Public Law Care cases before concentrating wholly upon private financial and children actions. He offers an initial diagnostic interview for a fixed fee of £60 plus VAT lasting approximately 1 hour, to allow you to gain some insight into your rights and responsibilities.
